Floormatexpress
Order Policy
Overview
If for some reason there is a problem
with the product which requires a return please notify us immediately.
Certain rules apply depending on the problem:
Workmanship or quality issues: in the
unlikely event that there is a flaw that passed quality inspection or
some error in the order, we will arrange for the return freight, repair
or replacement of the item on a priority basis and pay outbound shipping
back to you on the item.
On all other returns, an RA# must be obtained
(return authorization) from us and a minimum 35% restocking fee applies.
These items include: not liking the mat color or fit, mats ordered and
cancelled after they were already produced and shipped, and duplicate
orders.
Items that can not be returned are as
follows: embroidery items, mats made from custom templates, and custom
bindings chosen by the customer.
Remember that you have the option of
receiving a color sample of the mat color and that our mats are bigger
than the OEM mats for better coverage. Of course all returns that
involve an error or mistake by our factory are valid and will be treated
as such with no charges to you.
By submitting your order to Floormatexpress, you are implicitly agreeing to the terms on this page.

of fraud and irregularities and help ensure objectivity in decisions
regarding each incidence
THE POLICY

support any type of fraud under any circumstances and strictly prohibits
use of Floormatexpress services to perpetrate fraud. All attempts to
use our service or system infrastructure for purposes of fraud and any
violation of our fraud or SPAM policies or Terms of Service will result

to the full extent of the law.

Definitions
These terms and definitions apply to
this policy with no implied or intended site-wide use.
Fraud; A deliberate and/or unlawful
deception, misrepresentation or concealment of facts practiced to secure
advantage, benefit or gain and/or to cause loss to another.
Irregularity; An activity or potential
activity that deliberately disregards Floormatexpress's regulations
or procedures.
How
Floormatexpress fights fraud
Floormatexpress strongly believes we
have an obligation to proactively protect and inform our users against
fraud. We have instituted an extensive array of system-wide filtering
and alert mechanisms supplemented by human detection and monitoring
methods to recognize and stop abuse of our services for fraud. For example:
Floormatexpress logs IP addresses of all new customers and times of
signup, we use an "IP to country" database to confirm customer
origin (country) and deny all signups from anonymous proxies. Our filters
recognize and flag suspicious signups and orders, which our staff then
manually reviews. All accounts reported for abuse are automatically
deactivated from our system until we review the report and reported
account. This usually takes about 24 hours. Tolerances for new users
are lower than for long-term users, to make it difficult for fraudsters
to hit and run.
Please contact Floormatexpress with any
questions or concerns:

must first complete the registration form. During registration a user

payment processors for Floormatexpress. They request information from
the user on their order form. A user must provide contact information
(such as name, email, and address) and financial information (such as

an order, the information is used to contact the user.
Information Use
Profile
We store information that we collect
through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create
a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep
on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently,
collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information
to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user.
This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to our Web site, and to
direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share your

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on
the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use both
session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie,
once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent
cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended
period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet
browser help file directions.
By setting a cookie on our site, we can
determine whether users were referred by our affiliates. If users reject
the cookie, they may still use our site. Persistent cookies enable us
to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience
on our site.
Some of our business partners use cookies
on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to
or control over these cookies, once we have given permission for them
to set cookies for advertising.
Third Party Advertising
The ads appearing on this Web site are
delivered to users by Google and TxtSwap, our Web advertising partners.
Information about users' visit to this site, such as number of times
they have viewed an ad (but not user name, address, or other personal
information), is used to serve ads to users on this site.
This privacy statement covers the use
of cookies by Floormatexpress only and does not cover the use of cookies
by any advertisers.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we
use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser
type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform
type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer
the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic
information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to
personally identifiable information.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We employ a software technology called
clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage
content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear
gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function
to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users.
The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible
on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the
end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users' personally identifiable
information.

are not promotional in nature.
