Return Policy for FloorMatExpress.com
- No returns after a 60 day period of you receiving your mats is allowed.
- No returns on embroidered or logo floor mats unless Manufacturer defects.
- Returns on wrong color, because we offer samples per request wrong color orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee along with customer to pay for shipping.
- For returns for manufacturer defects, Floor Mat Express will replace with the correct mat set. Returns for any reason will require a digital image emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org of the floor mat placed in vehicle clearly showing the issue
- We are unable to accept returns due to customer errors, such as selecting the wrong vehicle, because we make the floor mats to order and custom fit for your vehicle. Please be careful when you review your order to be sure you have the correct make and model as well as mat choice as when you hit submit and confirm the order we cannot change it at that point. In the event you accidentally purchase mats for the wrong vehicle, you will have to purchase another set, so make sure you are ordering for the correct vehicle.
- Returns for any reason will require a digital image emailed to email@example.com of floor mat placed in vehicle clearly showing the issue.
- All returns require an Return Authorization (RA)#, you can either email firstname.lastname@example.org which is preferred or call by phone 888-554-0666.
- If there is an authorized return it is subject to a 20% restocking fee unless it has met the criteria discussed in the return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable unless it has met criteria of manufacturer defects, incorrect order or similar error on our part.
- All returns must be in new and unused condition for refund, orders will be inspected at time of arrival.
- Return process can take up to 30 days.
